Refund Policy

1. Core Rule

BestSEOArticles provides free evaluation access, including free article generation opportunities, so users can assess the Service before purchasing. Because meaningful pre-purchase evaluation is available, all paid purchases are generally final once paid access has been used.

2. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund request may be considered only if all of the following are true:

  • the request relates to the initial purchase of a subscription or plan upgrade;
  • the request is made promptly after purchase;
  • no paid article credits, paid generations, paid image generations, paid exports, paid API activity, or other material paid Service usage has occurred after purchase;
  • the account has not materially benefited from paid access.

Eligibility is determined by our billing, usage, and fraud-prevention records in our sole discretion, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

3. No Refund After Use Begins

If you purchase a subscription, upgrade, or top-up and then begin using paid Service capacity, including generating content, consuming credits, exporting output, publishing through integrations, invoking paid automations, or otherwise using the purchased access, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

4. Top-Ups, Credits, and One-Time Purchases

Top-up packs, add-ons, credit bundles, and other one-time purchases are non-refundable once delivered. These items are provisioned instantly and cannot be reversed after activation or use.

5. Renewals

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

6. System Errors

If a generation fails because of a confirmed system-side error, we may restore the affected credit or provide account credit. The default remedy for technical failure is service correction or credit restoration, not cash refund.

7. Quality Concerns

Content quality depends heavily on your inputs, editorial settings, factual constraints, prompt design, connected data, and post-generation review. Dissatisfaction with output quality does not, by itself, create a right to a refund. In some cases, we may offer guidance, regeneration, or service credit at our discretion.

8. How to Request Review

If you believe your purchase qualifies for refund review, email support@bestseoarticles.com with your account email, purchase date, Stripe receipt or invoice, and the basis for the request. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for review, we may suspend or terminate the related account, revoke access, and dispute the chargeback using our billing and usage records.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy by posting a revised version on the Service. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we are not obligated to provide individualized notice before changes become effective.
