BestSEOArticles uses a straightforward credit model. In the main workflow, each completed outline costs 1 credit and each completed article costs 1 credit, so a full outline → article workflow uses 2 credits. Editing, reviewing, and exporting are free.

How credits work

  • 1 outline = 1 credit, you spend the credit when you run final outline generation.
  • 1 article = 1 credit, generated images are included.
  • 1 complete article workflow = 2 credits, one for the outline, one for the article draft.
  • Free plan = 3 articles / 6 credits, included on signup to try the full flow.
  • Editing is free, update outlines and articles without burning credits.
  • Exports are free, move content into WordPress, Google Docs, Markdown, or other formats without extra cost.
  • Policy setup is free, project and policy preparation are not charged like content generation.

The public pricing UI still talks in articles per month because that is the practical outcome most customers care about. Under the hood, each plan includes enough credits to cover that many full outline → article workflows.

The billing screen supports multiple billing periods and shows early-bird pricing alongside the crossed-out full monthly price. Pricing is plan-specific and changes depending on billing cycle.

Billing cycles

BestSEOArticles supports Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, and 12 Months billing periods. Longer cycles reduce the effective monthly price and, in some cases, unlock additional features such as Autopilot on plans that would not include it on monthly billing.

Autopilot access rules

Autopilot access depends on both the plan and the billing cycle.

  • Monthly Starter: no Autopilot.
  • Monthly Growth and Pro: Autopilot available.
  • Any paid 3+ month cycle: Autopilot available, including Starter.
  • Free plan: no Autopilot.

Top-up packs

If you run through your included credits before the next billing reset, you can buy one-time packs.

  • 10 extra articles / 20 credits, $29
  • 25 extra articles / 50 credits, $59

Top-up credits are useful when you want to keep publishing without changing your base subscription.

What happens when credits run out

  • You can still view and edit existing outlines and articles.
  • You can still export existing content.
  • You cannot run new outline or article generation jobs until credits are replenished.
  • Your included credits refresh on the next billing cycle.

Managing billing inside the app

Go to Dashboard → Billing to manage your account. The page lets you:

  • See your current plan and billing cycle.
  • Review included and used credits.
  • Change plan or change billing period.
  • Purchase top-up packs.
  • Open the customer billing portal for payment-method and subscription management.

When to upgrade

  • Upgrade to Growth if you need more projects, auto mode, or monthly Autopilot access.
  • Upgrade to Pro if you need more throughput or priority queue behavior.
  • Choose a longer billing cycle if you want lower effective monthly pricing and broader Autopilot access.
