How It Works

BestSEOArticles uses a multi-step AI pipeline to create high-quality content:

  1. Create a Project — Set up your brand context, audience, and editorial policy. AI can auto-fill everything from your website URL.
  2. Generate an Outline — Enter a keyword, and our AI analyzes top competitors, identifies content gaps, and builds a detailed SEO outline with entity mapping.
  3. Generate an Article — Turn your outline into a full article with images, tables, FAQ section, and proper E-E-A-T signals.
  4. Export & Publish — Download as Markdown, HTML, Word, or copy directly to Google Docs.

Quick Start (5 minutes)

Step 1: Create Your First Project

After signing up, go to your Dashboard and click + New Project. You have two options:

  • Auto mode — Paste your website URL. AI will analyze your site and auto-fill your brand name, description, audience, tone, and even find your competitors.
  • Manual mode — Fill in the brand details yourself. Best for new brands without a website.

Review the auto-filled data, make any edits, and save your project.

Step 2: Set Up Editorial Policy (optional)

Your editorial policy defines how articles are written for this project. It includes:

  • Brand Context — Name, URL, description, values, competitors
  • Target Audience — Who reads your content, their expertise level
  • Voice & Tone — Expert, friendly, professional, etc.
  • Structure — Heading style, paragraph length, content elements
  • Quality Standards — Citation style, E-E-A-T requirements
  • Restrictions — Banned words, topics, compliance requirements
  • Custom Variables — Reusable placeholders like company name, CTA, phone

You can generate a policy automatically with AI or configure it manually.

Step 3: Generate Your First Outline

Go to your project and click Generate Outline. The 3-step wizard will guide you:

  1. Keyword & Market Analysis — Enter your main keyword, select country, language, and how many competitors to analyze (top 10 or 20).
  2. Configuration — Select which competitors to use, choose tone of voice, narrative perspective, add extra keywords, and pick a niche template.
  3. Results — Review your detailed outline with entity mapping, copywriter notes, and FAQ questions.

Each outline costs 1 credit.

Step 4: Generate an Article

From your outline, click Generate Article. The AI will:

  • Write a complete article following your outline structure
  • Include tables, bullet points, numbered lists, and blockquotes
  • Generate AI images placed in relevant sections
  • Create a Key Takeaways section and FAQ with schema markup
  • Apply E-E-A-T signals (data, expert references, dates) in every section

Each article costs 1 credit.

Step 5: Export Your Content

Use the Export menu in the article editor to download in multiple formats:

  • Markdown (.md)
  • HTML (.html) — styled, ready to publish
  • Word (.docx) — for Google Docs or Microsoft Word
  • Plain Text (.txt)
  • JSON (TipTap format)
  • Copy headings only
  • Copy key takeaways only
  • Open directly in Google Docs
