2. Description of Service
BestSEOArticles is an AI-powered content generation platform that creates SEO-optimized articles using artificial intelligence. The Service includes competitor analysis, article writing, fact-checking, and image generation capabilities.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Top-up article packs are non-refundable one-time purchases valid until the end of the billing period
- Free trial includes limited article generation (5,000 characters)
5. Content Ownership
You own all content generated through the Service. BestSEOArticles does not claim ownership of AI-generated articles, images, or other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of generated content before publication.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Use the Service to create spam or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Resell the Service without authorization
7. AI Limitations
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. While we employ fact-checking mechanisms, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all content before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestSEOArticles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
