1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BestSEOArticles, including our website, hosted tools, APIs, applications, content generation workflows, billing features, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

BestSEOArticles is a software platform that assists with keyword research, content strategy, outline generation, article drafting, image generation, fact-checking workflows, optimization, and publishing automation. The Service may change at any time, including through additions, removals, restrictions, redesigns, pricing changes, feature caps, usage limits, beta releases, deprecations, or complete discontinuation of features.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must provide accurate, current, and complete account information. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, including activity caused by your team members, contractors, API keys, automation, and connected integrations.

4. Billing, Credits, and Purchases

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
All charges are due in advance, in USD, and exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Credits, article allowances, top-ups, and promotional usage are licensing entitlements, not stored-value accounts.
We may change pricing, packaging, plan features, credit rules, trial limits, or eligibility criteria at any time.
Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, restriction, or termination of access.

5. Trial and Pre-Purchase Evaluation

The Service may provide free articles, free credits, free trials, or limited unpaid access so users can evaluate the platform before purchasing. You are responsible for using these evaluation opportunities before subscribing or buying top-ups. The existence of such pre-purchase access is a material part of our refund structure.

6. Output and Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, approving, and legally clearing all generated output before publication or commercial use. The Service may generate incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable content. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including software, interfaces, workflows, prompts, design, branding, methods, scoring systems, and platform logic. We may use aggregated, de-identified, operational, and diagnostic data for analytics, security, enforcement, and product improvement.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate any account, workspace, feature, API access, or purchase at any time, with or without notice, for any legitimate business, legal, security, billing, abuse-prevention, technical, or policy reason. We are not obligated to maintain the Service, preserve any specific feature set, or continue offering access to any particular plan or workflow.

10. Changes to Terms and Service

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time by posting updated terms on the website or inside the Service. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we are not required to provide individualized notice before changes become effective. Your continued access to or use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BESTSEOARTICLES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS VALUE, SEARCH RANKINGS, OR COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules, except to the extent superseded by mandatory consumer protection law.
